Birmingham 2022 is seeking to establish a new Framework Agreement for Marketing and Creative Services, to support the delivery of the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

  • Lot 2: Creative Services
  • Lot 3: PR
  • Lot 4: Events
  • Lot 5: Mascot Design
  • Lot 6: Consumer Insights & Research
  • Lot 7: Customer Relationship Management (TBC)

A Supplier Briefing Event will be held on the morning of Tuesday 1st October 2019 in central Birmingham. This is intended to provide information on the Games and offer a verbal briefing to describe the requirements and the procurement process, and allow the opportunity for Tenderers to ask any questions in person. It is expected that there will also be a session providing guidance on how to submit a strong tender response.

The Tenderer briefing is optional and it is not mandatory to attend. Notes from the session will be provided openly via the Delta e-sourcing portal, after the event.

Due to capacity, each Tenderer may bring one member of staff. If we have capacity for additional staff members to attend we will let you know in advance. All those attending will need to cover their own expenses. If you do wish to attend, please contact by 26th September 2019, informing us of the name of the attendee and your organisation name, as well as the Lot(s) you are interested in. We will provide details of the location, timings and agenda in due course.
